SUPPORT SERVICES

Making a Difference

We understand the challenges that arise when coming home. Our back-to-basics support group assists returning citizens with skill building and provides them a safe space to share. Our parenting support groups were created to address the needs of parents and families from the community. We share hardships, help develop coping strategies and offer resources from the community for further support.

"Pre-entry" Youth Mentoring

H.E.A.R (Helping Everyone Achieve Resilience) Me out is a youth mentoring program created by a returning citizen as a diversion from negative thoughts and behaviors. This program is peer-led and focuses on mental/physical health, building self-esteem, and using your talents.

Doing What’s Needed

This organization would not exist without the ideas and experiences of those who have been affected by incarceration. Therefore, we provide sponsorship opportunities for indigent citizens to receive holiday care packages to show them they are not forgotten. We also send cards, provide gift cards, and offer welcome home packages as well.
